Venue terms

These terms govern the venue account at palasor.com/business. By registering a place you act as a business, not as a consumer. Accepting them forms a B2B contract with Palasor. If you do not accept them, do not register the venue.

What Palasor is for a venue

Palasor is a local matchmaker. It may propose that two members meet in a public place, including yours. Palasor does not run the venue, is not a restaurateur, does not host events on site, is not a party to the meeting and does not vouch for the people who meet. Listing the place is not a promise of covers, reviews or revenue.

Who may register

You may register a place only if you own it, legally represent it, or have written authority to bind the business. You confirm the details are true and that you have rights in the name, signage and logo you upload. Palasor may refuse, suspend or remove a place for false data, abuse, or if it is not suitable for a public meeting between adults.

Nature of the relationship

This is a contract between professionals. Consumer-protection rules do not apply. Palasor may assign meetings to your place, show it to members in the zone, and let you download a QR code that leads to zone sign-up. Palasor remains free to choose other places, assign you no meetings, and change matching.

What Palasor does not do

Palasor does not verify members' identity, background or reliability. It does not run background checks. It does not control who turns up, who drinks, who pays or how people behave. It is not responsible for orders, service, venue safety, licences, crowding, injuries, theft, arguments or anything that happens in your space or between people who meet.

Your duties

You remain solely responsible for the venue: permits, hygiene, safety, staff, customers and sector rules. If you display the QR, you do so under your own house rules. You will not use Palasor to harvest member data, contact members outside the service, promote unlawful activity, or present Palasor as the host of the evening.

Data and privacy

We process the contact email, phone, name and venue details to give you the account and QR, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not give you names, photos, numbers or other personal data of people who meet at your place: you only see aggregated counts. You are not the controller of that processing and you must not try to identify them through Palasor.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Palasor, its contractors and suppliers against any claim, damage, fine or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the venue, staff, customers, orders, the conduct of people who meet on site, inaccurate data you gave us, or a breach of these terms, except where the loss is caused by Palasor's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Italian law, Palasor is not liable for indirect loss, lost chance, lost revenue, no-shows, meetings not assigned, service interruptions or acts of third parties. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence remains. Palasor cannot contract out of what Italian law does not allow to be excluded.

QR, brand and content

The QR and Palasor copy remain Palasor's. The logo you upload remains yours: you grant a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it on the QR and in the product. No material you do not have rights to, no minors, no offensive content.

Term and termination

You can close the account by writing to hello@palasor.com. Palasor may suspend or close the account or remove the place from matching, with reasonable notice where possible, or immediately in case of abuse. Closure does not affect indemnity and limitations for facts that already happened.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is current. If a change is material we will note it in the portal or by email. If you keep using the venue account after an update, the new terms apply, except for rights the law does not allow to be changed this way.

Governing law

Italian law applies. Exclusive courts of Mantua, as this is a contract between professionals.
