Terms and Conditions

These terms govern Palasor: palasor.com, the Android and iOS app, and WhatsApp messages. Palasor is available only to adults aged 18 or over. By using Palasor you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, or if you are under 18, do not use the service.

How to use the platform

Palasor is a local matchmaker: not a public profile gallery and not a swipe feed. To use it: (1) sign up with a verified email, Zone Code (if required) and WhatsApp number; (2) complete the questionnaire and upload at least one photo; (3) when your zone is active, Palasor may propose a match and a public place to meet; (4) you receive the proposal on WhatsApp and, if you accept, Palasor relays a few messages and helps confirm a time; (5) you can block contacts, update your profile in your account area and request deletion at any time. Availability depends on the zone, member numbers and matching. Palasor does not guarantee a meeting every week or a relationship.

Acceptance

By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using the app you accept these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we process data and forms part of your relationship with Palasor.

Age: 18 or over only

The platform is for adults only: you must be at least 18 to sign up and use Palasor. At sign-up you enter your date of birth and confirm you meet this requirement. We do not check ID documents in this phase, but a false statement is a serious breach of these terms. If you are under 18, or if we find out, we close the account and delete the data without notice. Palasor is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Account and Zone Code

Sign-up may require a Zone Code. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping access codes we send you confidential. An account is personal: do not transfer it. Palasor may refuse, suspend or close an account in case of false data, abuse or breach of these terms.

Content you upload

Photos, text and links you upload remain yours. You grant Palasor a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them only to provide the service (matching, introducing you to a match, safety). Photos must be of you. No minors, explicit sexual content, hate, violence, spam, or material you do not have rights to. Palasor may remove content and close the account if these rules are broken.

Conduct

Use Palasor in good faith. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, solicit money, promote paid sexual services, harvest other members' data, circumvent blocks, or use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes. Do not share a match's WhatsApp number unless Palasor provided for that. Report dangerous behaviour to hello@palasor.com.

In-person meetings

Meetings take place in public places. Palasor only relays the introduction; it is not a party to the meeting and does not run background checks. You decide whether to confirm, reschedule or not show up. Take the precautions you consider appropriate. Palasor is not responsible for what happens between people who meet, except where Italian law does not allow that liability to be excluded.

Palasor messages you on WhatsApp. Your number stays with Palasor and is not given to the match. WhatsApp is a Meta service, subject to Meta's terms. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, you cannot receive meeting proposals on that channel.

No warranty

Palasor is provided “as is”. We may change zones, timing, copy and features. We do not guarantee that a match will exist, that the other person will attend, or that the service will always be available. Interruptions, errors and app updates can happen.

Blocking, reports and profile removal

You can block contacts so you are not matched with them. Palasor reserves the right, at its discretion and without notice when safety requires it, to suspend, restrict or delete profiles and accounts — including photos, preferences and matching data — for breach of these terms, false data, abuse, harassment, risk to other members, use by minors or behaviour that harms the service. We may refuse a new sign-up linked to an account already closed for abuse. Reports: hello@palasor.com.

Intellectual property

The Palasor name, copy, design and software belong to Palasor or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or use them for a competing service without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Italian law, Palasor is not liable for indirect loss, lost chances, meetings that go badly, or content uploaded by other members. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and mandatory consumer rights, remain.

Term and deletion

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data from the Privacy page or by writing to hello@palasor.com. Palasor may discontinue the service or a zone, with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material, we will note it on the site or in the app. If you keep using Palasor after an update, the new terms apply, except for rights the law does not allow to be changed in this way.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer disputes also benefit from Italian and EU consumer protections, including the courts of your place of residence where the law so provides. Otherwise, the courts of Mantua have jurisdiction.
